A system issue temporarily affected app access between 9:00 and 12:00 JST on March 29, 2026. The service has been restored.
Some users experienced errors in chat and ChatGPT question features from March 14 to March 16, 2026. The issue has been resolved.
Some users did not receive the previous week’s report. The server-side issue has been fixed and the missed reports were resent.
A bug in version 6.11.9 prevented paid membership registration. The issue was fixed in version 6.11.10.
A bug in version 6.11.3 disabled the correction button in translation training. The issue was fixed in version 6.11.4.
Server trouble from the night of February 13 to the morning of February 14 affected features such as translations and chat. The service has been restored.
The CEFR checker experienced a server error and was temporarily unavailable. The issue has been fixed.
CEFR analysis became unavailable around October 20, 2024. Recovery work was completed and the feature is now available again.
A bug prevented some posted journals from being registered and retrieved correctly. The issue has been fixed and affected journals were restored.
